Returns & Repairs
We always offer a 30-day return policy and the right to exchange for unused items. If a few days go by over this, don't worry, just send us an email and we'll try to solve it.
WRONG LENGTH: It can be difficult to know which size fits so if you have ordered the wrong length, or want to change color or model, it is fine as long as the item is unused. Send the bracelet back to us, put in a note where you write the return address and mobile, as well as what you want. Expect about 2-3 weeks before the new bracelet arrives.
REPAIR: You may be unlucky if, for example, the button comes loose or the loop breaks. Send us an email or text message with a picture and we'll see if it can be repaired. If the bracelet is heavily used and the loop is loosened, it is usually not possible to repair, but the button is easier. Post the item back to us, send a note where you write your address, mobile number and what you want and we will fix it. Please note, we only repair our own bracelets.
