About us

We who run Arctic Collection are Frida and Jiri Jonsson. We are a family business where our main focus for many years has been to design, manufacture and sell Sami bracelets. Frida's mother Birgitta made her first pewter bracelet in 1981 and she still makes, what we believe, Sweden's most beautiful Sami bracelet. This wonderful craft tradition has been passed down and Frida and Jiri started with the craft in 2005.

After many years of living and working abroad, we returned to our roots in Luleå and Norrbotten. It is incredibly inspiring to work full-time creatively and do what you like, namely crafts, design and sales. We find inspiration in nature in Swedish Lapland, Abisko, Stora Sjöfallet and around the World Heritage Site Gammelstad Kyrkby where we live and have the Arctic Collection store. 

In our shop we sell jewellry, handicraft from northern Scandinavia, home decoration items, wool blankets, Sami arts and much more.
