We want you to be able to wear and enjoy your pewter bracelet for many years. As our bracelets are largely made from natural materials, they may naturally show signs of wear over time.

Ordered the wrong size, need to make an exchange, or have a pewter bracelet that needs repairing? Contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on unused products. Products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them.

If you would like to exchange your bracelet for a different size, colour or design, please return it to us and include:

  • your name
  • return address
  • mobile number
  • order number, if available
  • details of the size, colour or design you would like instead

For customers in Sweden, we offer free size exchanges according to our current terms and conditions. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

A size exchange normally takes up to approximately 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your bracelet, as the correct design and size may sometimes need to be handmade for you.

Pewter Bracelet Repairs

A handmade pewter bracelet can be worn and enjoyed for many years, but leather, loops, buttons and other parts will naturally wear over time.

We offer repairs for Arctic Collection pewter bracelets whenever the condition and construction of the bracelet make a repair possible. A damaged button can usually be replaced or repaired, while a worn leather loop is often more difficult to repair, particularly on a well-worn bracelet.

We do not repair pewter bracelets made by other manufacturers.

The repair itself is free of charge; you only pay the shipping costs.

Not all damage can be repaired, so we would like to see the bracelet before you send it to us.

How to Request a Repair

Contact us by email and, if possible, include a few clear photos showing the bracelet and the damaged area.

We will first assess whether the bracelet can be repaired. If a repair is possible, we will send you instructions on how to return the bracelet to us.

Please do not send your bracelet before contacting us.

When returning your bracelet, please include your name, return address, mobile number and a short description of what you would like us to repair.

Caring for Your Pewter Bracelet

Proper care will help your bracelet last longer. We recommend removing your bracelet before showering, bathing or using a sauna, and avoiding prolonged contact with water.

Reindeer leather is a natural material that becomes softer over time and develops a natural patina with wear.
