What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on unused products.
Returns and exchanges do not apply to custom-made or discounted items. For pewter bracelets, we offer free size exchanges within Sweden.

How do I choose the right size for my pewter bracelet?
Measure your wrist snugly where you would like the bracelet to sit, then add approximately 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit.
For example, if your wrist measures 17 cm, we would normally recommend a bracelet approximately 18.5 cm long.
For our wider bracelet designs, you may want to add a few extra millimetres for a more comfortable fit.
Please note that the leather loop is not included in the stated bracelet length.
Can I exchange my bracelet if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes. If the bracelet is unused, we will be happy to exchange it for another size. Please contact us before returning your bracelet.
Please include your name, return address, mobile number and the new size you would like.
Size exchanges may take up to approximately three weeks from the date we receive your return, depending on whether the new size is in stock or needs to be handmade for you.
Can I order a custom-made pewter bracelet?
Yes, we accept custom orders whenever possible. Contact us and tell us what you are looking for, and we will let you know if we can make it for you.
As custom-made bracelets are made especially to your requirements, they are normally not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I fasten the leather loop on my pewter bracelet?
The leather loop may feel a little tight when your pewter bracelet is new. This is completely normal.
Gently fasten the loop over the reindeer antler button and open and close it a few times. The leather will soften with use, making the bracelet easier to open and close.
As reindeer antler is a natural material, every button is unique in colour, shape and texture.
How should I care for my pewter bracelet?
Our pewter bracelets are made from natural materials and are best kept away from excessive water.
To keep your bracelet looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend removing it before showering, bathing or using a sauna. You should also avoid prolonged contact with water, strong chemicals and cleaning products.
Will my pewter bracelet stretch over time?
Reindeer leather is a natural material that becomes softer with use. Your pewter bracelet may therefore stretch slightly over time.
This is a natural characteristic of the leather and one of the reasons why choosing the correct size from the beginning is important.
Are Arctic Collection pewter bracelets handmade?
Yes. Our pewter bracelets are handmade following a family tradition that began in 1981.
The pewter wire is braided by hand, and each bracelet is individually sewn with great care and attention to materials, fit and detail.
Can the reindeer leather transfer colour?
It is uncommon, but as genuine reindeer leather is a natural material, some colour transfer may occur, particularly if the bracelet becomes very wet.
We therefore recommend avoiding excessive contact with water. If your bracelet does get wet, allow it to dry naturally.
What materials are used in your pewter bracelets?
Materials vary slightly between designs, but our pewter bracelets may include:
- vegetable-tanned reindeer leather
- pewter wire alloyed with 4% silver
- genuine reindeer antler buttons
- genuine sterling silver beads on selected designs
As reindeer leather and reindeer antler are natural materials, each bracelet has natural variations that make it unique.
What is a pewter bracelet?
Pewter bracelets are a traditional craft from northern Scandinavia. Braided pewter wire is traditionally sewn by hand onto leather, often reindeer leather.
Different braiding techniques, colours and materials create designs ranging from traditional and classic to modern and minimalist.
Arctic Collection's pewter bracelets are based on a family tradition that began in 1981. Today, we combine this traditional craft with our own designs inspired by the nature, colours and way of life of northern Sweden and Swedish Lapland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship Arctic Collection products to customers in many countries.
Available shipping options, delivery costs and any free shipping offers are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country.
Can I visit the Arctic Collection shop in Swedish Lapland?
Yes. Our shop is located in Gammelstad Church Town, just outside Luleå in Arctic Sweden, in one of Sweden's UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Yes. Arctic Collection works with retailers in Sweden and internationally.
